having an outside terrace was a nice addition. useful base for discovering riva del garda. access to mag museo alto garda. best hotel we have stayed in.
-
It's very cold in the pool room.
-
five mins walk is needed to make it to the centre of Riva del Garda.

That hotel was in a great location. Good restaurant on site. We totally recommend it to those visiting Riva del Garda. Even the Villafranca airport was not so far.
-
we liked the total relaxation.the food was excellent and the staff were so obliging and friendly.
we feel there should have been carpet in the bedrooms, especially as i do yoga and i could not grip my feet very well.

The design is modern, but in some way not that practical. Location is great, only a short walk into town. Service is excellent.
The spa floor is too dark and the hotel is not that cozy. It needs more colour especially the dinning room.

A luxury hotel in a privelage location at the heart of Riva del Garda. Nothing was to much trouble from any team member including special attention to detail for my 40th birthday. The chef even made a special chocolate birthday cake. Always an attention to detail from bike hire to pool towels. The location is breathtaking with exceptional mountain views and views of the lake. Only a few minutes to walk into the main plazza's, restaurants and shops. All sports activities are available close to the Hotel. We have re booked for September already. Thank you Lido Palace
We had to come home!

Just location, architecture of the building and design of interior
Dear Mr. & Mrs. This was the first time that we made a booking in Garda, so Lido Palace too. Before we confirmed our room through your web site, first of all I checked hotel web page. Its look like one of the greatest hotel in Garda and we decided to make a booking. Unfortunately, nothing seems to be perfect when our colleagues check in to the hotel. They learned that hotel had been opened just 2 days before their arrival. Breakfast that they served was very very poor. The room service was not enough to interested in guests and the air conditions at the rooms were working too loudly and no one interest with them. As you know we paid 302€ nightly rate. Even its a fair period, we paid 600€ for this hotel and this is not a cheap rate you know. On the 17th June, the guests stayed at Best Western Europa Hotel, then they passed Lido Palace. They told me that BW is much more better than Lido Palace. As a result Lido Palace was not a good hotel as its seem in the web site. If you have any chance to contact with the hotel,we will very pleased if they pay back one night to us or discount to us. Thanks for your interest. Regards,

The staff are very friendly! We arrived the first day they opened after 2 years of re-building so they still need to improve a lot of things to live up to a 5-star hotel. Concerning breakfast I missed homebaked bread. The beds are very hard and need a top mattresses. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a beautiful A-location with a wonderful view.

Stylish revamping of a beautiful building, with new complimenting the old in a fantastic fashion. Facilities were top notch, the restaurant excellent and most impressive of all was the attitude and conduct of the staff - friendly, attentive and professional without ever being overbearing or intrusive - all of which made for a great experience.

Friendly staff, wonderful views, very relaxing, nice saunas and pools. Excellent breakfast with fruit, cereals, fresh bread etc. The restaurant for evening meals was very good in both the normal and gourmet restaurants. The meals were well presented with a good selection. The quality was really good. The veal was to die for.
The hotel has been beautifully modernised throughout but some of the ideas do not work. We were upgraded but this bedroom had been poorly thought out, with no door on the bathroom and translucent window blinds that did not fit the windows tightly. Hence my wife was uncomfortable in the bathroom area. However, the manageress resolved this problem by moving us to the smaller room with a toilet door and no windows. There were other minor problems with the lighting and air-conditioning which could have been resolved by a more detailed explanation on entry.

A wonderful hotel experience ! The buffet breakfast was more than ample and the one dinner we had at the restaurant was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful, especially Michealo in the restaurant. The location is in the heart of town and is surrounded by a park, which gives it a very luxurious feeling. The building is over 100 years, but the interiors were recently redone and are very contemporary. At first, I thought it too drastic , but after a while I began to appreciate the clean and simple feel . a bit expensive , but you get what you pay for and I would no doubt come here again . No doubt !

The hotel location beside the lake with beautiful views of the mountains makes this hotel very unique. We had breakfast every morning on the patio outside the dining room and it was so quite, relaxing and romantic. The staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly. The spa was a real experience. You could walk by the lake from the back entrance of the hotel. We were pampered by the staff, who made sure that everything was in order, the rooms were cleaned twice a day, the michelin star restaurant was fabulous, and we even had our car parked and brought to us by the valet. Really excellent service.
